Olune is built privacy-first. Almost everything you track lives only on your own device, and you can delete all of it — along with your account — at any time, directly within the app.

How to delete your data in the app

What gets deleted

When you use “Delete my data,” the following are permanently and irreversibly removed:

• All data on your device — everything you’ve tracked (mood, tasks, focus sessions, habits, body check-ins, energy/spoons, sleep, medications, journals, safety plan, diary entries, and all other local records).
• Your account and all server-side data — including your username, password, and optional recovery email (if you set one), and any records associated with your account on our servers.

What is kept

Nothing personal is kept. Olune does not store your tracked data on our servers to begin with — it stays on your device. Conversations with the optional AI companion are not stored on our servers. After deletion, no personal data associated with you is retained. Anonymous, non-identifying operational records (for example, aggregate service logs that are not linked to you) may persist as part of normal server operation, but these do not identify you.

Requesting deletion another way

If you are unable to use the in-app deletion for any reason, you can request that your account and associated data be deleted by emailing us at privacy@olune.org. Please send your request from, or include, the email address associated with your account (if you set one). We will action verified requests within 30 days.
